I would love to come back here some time, appreciated it. The building is beautiful and the rooms are a nice size with high ceiling as well as a beautiful bathroom. This hotel has best possible location in pur mini garden. Need to be mentioned that there were good choice of restaurants to eat, like The Fins Nerni that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

the total stay was memorable for one night or your full stay. the staff were awesome and amazing lot of time. the location was great, at a walking distance from sunset point. loved onsite restaurant la joya, no need to go somewhere else.

The staff were unhelpful and the rooms were not comfortable or clean. The location was also far from everything and transportation options were expensive. The renovation work being done during our stay was noisy and disruptive. On the positive side, the resort had a nice beachfront location with a jacuzzi and spa area. The views were also nice, especially during sunset. Unfortunately, these few positives were outweighed by the negative aspects of our experience.

Stylish hotel with absolutely kind personnel in terms of customer service. Stunning location on top of a cliff, and 15 minute walk from Pantai balangan. Based near the cliffs between Balangan beach. Fashionable room and brand-new, with a mini-bar, climate control and an individual safe.

I enjoyed the hotel, its reasonably large room and exceptionally kind staff. The room with high ceiling. A mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe were a huge plus. The venue was in a remote setting in front of the sea.

My recent stay at La Joya Biu Biu Resort - Chse Certified was absolutely amazing. The resort is nestled in a secluded area with breathtaking cliffside views. The outside area is beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing and enjoying romantic sunsets. The spa experience was top-notch, with calming ocean views and a decent massage. The resort also provides access to a pool, which is a great alternative to the disappointing jacuzzi. I had a wonderful and rejuvenating experience at this off-the-beaten-track resort. I highly recommend it.

The location - calm, great views to the ocean from the room, restaurant and the infinity-pool, not crowded as in huge hotels in Nusa Dua. Close to the small hideaway beach (although you need to make a 5 minutes journey by stairs in surrounding of the picturesque jungles). If you want to go to large Balangan beach please ask the stuff in restaurant for a free shuttle to La Joya of the same owner (where is the reception by the way) Nice stuff - helpful and not ennoying. I went to Bali with my girlfriend to make her proposal and it was the right place. I wrote to the hotel in advance asking to provide us with an appropriate room with seaviews - and it was really great - large duplex room with two beds, a large shower room and great seaviews. Plus a private terrace with live hiding fence. Strongly recommended to young couples and romantic stayings. And don't be afraid of the big rottweiler dogs living and protecting the hotel - they are calm as buddha itself :)

The location is not for everyone. It's far from everything (shops, restaurants, clubs and main tourists spots) so you need to rent a bike (if you are a good driver) or to take a car with driver as we did - good option but for extra money. But frankly it really worths it - with our good driver we have seen even more than in turist tour and for 2 or more person it's even cheaper. The beach is more for surfers and not recommended to couples with small children because of the waves (although the sandy beach itself is nice). And riff shoes are strongly recommended

The hotel with individual rooms, in a lovely area, shy to remind you of the prices of everything. The rooms with high ceiling. A wide array of reasonably priced options for meal. Stunning and super location not too far from Pantai balangan. Located off the beaten track.

The hotel is 1st class with hard-working employees in terms of customer service. Beautifully decorated, romantic room with mineral water and outstanding view and Hair dryer! Remote location, superb base for discovering Jimbaran. Found in the very nice area.

The facilities at La Joya Biu Biu Resort are perfect for friends who enjoy going out at nights. The infinity pool and seating area with stunning views are great for relaxation. The restaurant offers delicious food and the service is excellent. Don't miss out on the massage and the yoga class! The resort also allows guests to use the facilities of their sister property, La Joya.

Felt lucky, no complaint.

Our house was very nice- I was surprised that actually we had 2 floors house, with 2 big beds at each of them. The house was cleaned everyday, the staff was friendly. The place is not very close to the beach but it is not so far.

Incredible remote location very close to restaurants and reception as well as other cliff top beach clubs and cafes. My double room was large with mini private garden...

1. Location is really far away, in a middle of nowhere. On the Booked.net it's categorized in Jimbaran area but actually it's not. 2. No reception in La Joya 2. All service needs to contact La Joya 1 by phone or by walk around 15 min. 3. Smells bad from the toilet. 4. 10 mins walk to access to a small beach, not good for swimming. La Joya 1 has a Bulangun beach. 5. Menu is limited, while La Joya1 has more options. 6. In the room can't access to the internet.
